what type of 2-stroke oil?

most people run amsoil becuase they get a discount and/or they sell it
based for mthe automotive world amsoil has a very aggresive marketing campaign ,ive took too many amsoil topends apart to beleive otherwise
green sludge built up in the lower end that never burned or cleared out ,carboned exhaust ports and head domes everytime, despite wha tthe back of bottle tells you more oil always equals less friction less friction always equals less heat and wear

im not a dealer nor do iget discounts.. get it for a little under $8 a quart at the local fleet farm ( or farm & fleet depending where your located)
was told klotz is good stuff but not sure where to get it

score!!! turns out there are two places i found so far that sell lkotz.. mill road off road which is like 10 min from my house and another place thats a half hour away.. 10 bucks a quart at mill road and 39 a gallon threw the other place... gona pick up a quart tommrow for this weekends ride

you guys missed it yamalube r premix is the best oil for premix, we drag raced at the world finals and when they tested are fuel which was 106 Citgo with Yammie R they said that was the best mix of everyones tested and the parts look like new, like you said marketing Yamaha does none all the rest do, smell is not why you buy oil

I grab what I can in my area....been buying Klotz r50 but haven't used any yet. So far I've used Maxima and Castrol 2T...got 16 oz bottle of Maxima and 3-4 bottles of the r50 sitting around waiting to be used.

I had always preferred Bel Ray s2 and always ran it in my previous Blaster, but can't find it in close vicinity now.

I run Belray MC1 at 32:1 and love it!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried Amsoil and Klotz and didnt like them.

But it is getting harder too find it around my way anymore amd it only comes in little bottle too. So I buy every one the place has where I find it LOL

Try to get the Klotz Super techni plate and mix 32:1 or 40:1 The benol will give you problems in cold weather but is great in the summer. The R50 is OK but is ment more for watercooled powervalve engines.
