Since i dont have the $$ to buy them both right now, anyone knows what to do first ? Should i install a 250 LA kit ? or +3 crank ? bealive that any of them should come with an upgraded Carb.

Both item will compliment each other well.Depends,the la 240 kit is the most expensive so I would say get that first.The 3mm is only $150-170 where the la is $600+. I am not positive the la comes with a carb,I believe you have to buy one seperately.
I know ill have to get a new carb with either one, just dont know wich one performs better whitout the other, the crank or the 240 Kit.
Going just for the LA KIT $250 / not the full engine $600.

Do them both and save the headace of having to tear it down again. But I have used a stock carb with a 3mil and it works fine. You can also use a stock honda trx 250r carb they are a 34mm flat slide, pick them up cheap on fleabay for little to nothing.
what i would do first is the stroker because you have to tear down the entire motor for that...
the LA kit is pretty easy to bolt on if you have the sleave pressed into a jug already..
its very easy swapping a jug i have more problems putting a master link on then swapping a jug
if you buy the big bore first DO NOT PORT IT!!! have it ported after you put the stroker in.. or have it ported for a stroker right off the bat.. why not buy one part and not install it til you buy the other part? it sitting on the shelf mocking you is incentive to buy the other part. being thta your in portigal your best bet is to buy it through the person who you'll have do the portwork have them port it and have them ship it to ya.. woudl save ya one round trip shipping that way..
When sending the engine for a port job do we have to send the bottom ? Or we just have to send the head and jug ?
