Complete gasket sets come with all the gaskets but not oil seals. If I'm doing a complete rebuild, I always buy an oil seal kit or the OEM individual seals.

The Cometic set doesn’t come with the exhaust gasket unless it’s for the LA Sleeve cylinder. We’ve seen several problems with the paper base gaskets on Blasters. They tend to get sucked in on the sides of the cylinder over time and cause air leaks. Both the Cometic and OEM base gaskets are made of composite material and will never give you a problem. Wiseco sells a bottom end set that includes the clutch cover gasket and all the engine seals.
