Did a quick polish job on my stator cover while I was waiting for paint to dry.

i think we might have got the blaster running right, the idle screw was all f*cked up some how so i took it out. know i going to have to give a call to vitos and see about getting some goodies.

Put my new cmf air box and my new clutch in and filled the tranny. And did some adjustments the front arms.

Walked out to the shed and opened the door stepped in and cussed it a few times , flipped it off and walked back up to the house........

I bought a new rear disc brake and a stainless steel rear brake line for mine. Just waiting for them to arrive so I can put them on. Also adjusted my preload on the front shocks today

Rode around in tyhe dark and zip tied my front fender on till i can find a new screw for it

took my cylinder off and found pieces of metal hanging on the edge of the piston sanded it off and found peices of metal in the plug and top of piston covered in oil im guessing im mixing to rich or yamaha lube 2s sucks im mixing 32:1

i washed my blaster, adjusted the air screw, pushed it home because the gay plug fouled out, changed the plug, and thats all.

today i started to prep the frame for a new paint job

Micced up the cylinder... I need to go .040 over with it..

cleaned it... lubed the chain ...and put the rear fender and air filter that i cleaned and oiled yesterday back together.... sucks that every time i have to clean my filter the rear fender has to come off and i have to take the rubber intake boot off to get the filter out since the plastic cage snapped and it doesnt hold the nut in place so i cant loosen the damn bolt .Xl

washed the bike, cleaned air filter, lubed chain, greased all zirk fittings, checked for any loose nuts or bolts, adjusted my rear brakes.

I painted the front wheels black, painted the front and rear hubs, nerf bars, and grab bar a dark gray crinkle finish, the lugnuts aluminum silver, the bumper black, got it running after i picked it up last night, painted the silencer, touched up the frame, unbent the steering stem (sorta), and bolted on my other set of wheels and tires. And just all around cleaned it up.
