The 250r had a yammy IT400 transplant, it was scary.

Dont know about the speed, never really opened it up , it had no front brakes.

I couldn't even begin to name them all. Notables were; my first, 69 Z50, next was a XR75, then a Yamaha 100 "Enduro", a couple of the AMF Harley's (either rarely ran). My first street bike CB350. Traded it for a CL125, that I got my licenses with at 14. Then a GS250 that I sold shortly after I turned 16 and rode my dad's Nighthawk S until I bought a 750 Shadow when I was 20. I had a bad car wreck when I was 20 and lost my nerve for bikes for over a decade. In my early 30's I got back into bikes, the first being a mid 90's XR200. I completely built that bike. Front and rear disk brakes, forks, swingarm, linkage rear shock and wheels from an XR250. Then was my first real high performance dirt bike, a Thumper Performance XR280. The I found my true love, 96 KX250 (bought at the dealership out of the back of a truck, I offered him$100 more than the dealership as a trade in). It was rough, was able to go get a parts bikes he had and ended up building them both. One was a low end torquey woods bike and the other had a power band that came on like a light switch. That was about 5 years and then I lost interest in 2 wheels. About 3 years ago, I bought a 3 wheeler I always wanted Honda 200X, then about 20 more 3 wheelers that lead up to the T3, which lead to me giving up on trikes and went to 4 wheels. I picked up a really nice 400ex, that I didn't like and decided a Blaster would be my chosen quad, I bought both of mine over the course of 10 days, an all stock (except for the tires) 01 and a nice looking 04 needing a top end. The 04 will probably never get any attention but the 01 is showered with love. I'll put up some pics of what I have on my photobucket.
