went riding today and the new trike

buddy traded his 83 yamaha 750 ltd street bike today for a yamahaytm 200e? shaft drive semi auto trike!! for semi auto its not to bad, the shaft drives are wheelie machines!! i tryed to wheelie his like i wheelie mine.. so i went from 3 wheels to on my ass in about .5 seconds!!!

didnt get any vids riding due to my otehr buddy being a sally sittin in the garage drinkin beer...

but a few pictures

here is the yammy trike

25 inch tall rear tires he gonna go to 22s or 20s... and im gonna find him a new front fender... runs like a champ!!! starts first pull!!

and the x muddy... and my pipe fell off lol.. rubber connector was dryed out and ripped when i was doing donuts on the road

wa s agood time!!! we were roostin each other with mud in the field... i relearned how to pitch a trike sideways in the grass and dirt in no time!! was sideways throwin roosts at 40 mph most of the time!!


AND i got 2nd gear wheelies down pat!! lift up off the seat, pull back and sit down and hit the gas in the same motion.. was running wheelies in second all the way threw the gear!!!

all in all had a blast!!

trikes look sweet man I:I yours looks like a beast. one of my friends recently got a '85 250r air cooled trike all ported with a surburst (?) head and dg pipe, thing flys, tons of fun to ride but i think i like the looks of yours better, looks more badass.

if its air cooled it would be a 83-84 the liquid cooled onces were 85-85 * 83-4 look like the 85-6 .... and i bet it hauls ass!! my buddys brother has one with a dg pipe and dg gold head and its a animal


and we drag raced the x vs the yammy.. i gave him 2 bike jump and had about 15 bikes on him by the top of 4th!! granted the 25s aint helpin him

lol yeah it is a little smaller than mine.. but it sits ALOT higher!! and its a wheelie animal!! ANYONE could wheelie this... but not evetryone can control it lol.. short wheel base so it wants to tip easy

My bro in law has the exact same Yammy 3 wheeler. They are wheelie monsters. The suspension is so horrible. What the hell were they thinking not putting a rear shock on them things???

My other bro in law has a 85 200x as well...bad ass machine there...

yeah i think 85s came shaft or chain... there is a vid on youtube of a chain 200 with a kerkir exhaust.. and extended swinger... i wonder if the tri moto and blaster hubs will inter change
