ok so I rode all weekend long and it was fuuuun but I had a few kinda problems but not really, first off I had a 310 main jet in and it seemed kinda sluggish so then I put in a 330 and it ran a lot better it seemed, but whenever I came to a stop and pulled in the clutch it revved up (not really high just kinda like a overly high idle) then I would go to shut it off at the killswitch and it would sometimes not work but then after a few seconds it would work, so then I tried it again (rode hard then came to a stop and killed it) but this time I used the key and it shut right off no problems, so basicly it was like the key would always work no matter what but the kill switch would take a few seconds to kill the engine when hot.

And yes I tested for airleaks right before I went riding this weekend it held 7 psi for 20 minutes. so no there is no airleaks. I haven't plug chopped though but im pretty sure 330 is not lean at all, if anything rich, it smokes a lot and runs great. what do you guys think? all mods are in my sig also and there up to date

i ran a perfectly jetted 330 main on the black bike, same pipe, similar other mods
but...thats at 1800+ ft. elevation.
you may require more at only 250 ft. ?
better do some plug chops !

wow that makes me feel better I was thinking I had a airleak then had a huge jet but yeah ill order a few bigger jets or something. what do ya think about the revving up and killswitch thing?

revving up also points to a lean condition, possibly that main jet ?
pull the killswitch and clean the contacts inside, check it's wiring connections under the hood, then test with an ohmmeter.
i've seen a few killswitch's go bad.

Is that a 330 main in the stock carb? That pipe and filter must really let the engine breathe. I have a ported cylinder and rechambered head on it's way and 330 is the biggest main I have, figured that would be plenty. What happened to the front fenders I sent you?

ive been lazy still lol, I need to find a way to mount them, look in my sig pic the tabs were they mount are broken off, and I don't have a welder, and yeah my elevation is just low im guessing? maybe the bore size has something to do with it also? not sure
