knocked my spine out of alignment playen hockey, going to the chiropractor 3 times a week for adjustments its killin me, had to watch my buddy race the sled i was supposed to race at sno-x today, he won though so im happy for him, i might not even make the rest of the season:(

I dumped my R1 the 2nd session of the day on the first lap. Had to sit and watch the next day and whole next race the following month. It sucked. Couldnt bend my knee for about 3 weeks because of the scab on it.

Good choice going to the chiropractor man! props for getting the problem fixed instead of just getting pain pills thrown at you!

Hope you have a fast recovery man.

That sucks...back injuries suck. I do alot of lifting in my job everyday and ur back isnt anything to mess with.

thanks guys, im done with organised hockey anyway so its not a big deal in that end, its being healed up for race season that is the issue, ill be pissed if i dont make the first round

i think winning is gonna be a lot harder this year, im moving up to intermediate, one level below pro, and the guys there are F-A-S-T

oh...my...dog,......So how was the bahamas?,

he hurts his back, so mommy and daddy take him to titty land!!!!!!!

NOW, if I break a leg, and go there....I'm gonna order a side of pu$$y with my umbrella drink.

(my lil rant) lol

that really sucks man, i know all to well about back probs, ive got 2 herniated discs and a bulging disc, and usuallly once a year im out of commission for about 2 weeks, because of them, hope u get better man

GAAAAAAAH! f*cking playoffs start monday for my rep hockey team and i cant play, so far were a perfect 18-0. and now i have to f*cking WATCH MY team from teh f*cking STANDS God f*cking dammit weiner sucking mother f*cker.

sorry, i need to vent

id avoid those witch doctor chiropractors ,ive seen where they cause alot more harm than good

Yeah chiro's are for the birds, they don't really practice medicine. They may make you feel better now but in the long run they can really screw you up. My dad's back is all kinds of f'd up from working 17yrs in construction. He had to have a titanium mesh wrapped around his spine and several long screws through it to hold him up. When he visited the back specialist he said chiro's can make a minor problem much more serious and that any back ailments not requiring surgery are best just to get some rest and avoid lifting or bending. Here's hoping everything works out for ya...

this chiro is good, h fixed my moms back up adnd its been 2 years sinc its bugged her, all he does for me is cracks it back into place so it heals properly, were not sure about surgery yet, hopefully it doesnt come down to that, i spend the weekend snowmobiling and its tight now but its not all that bad, we'll see how it goes but its looking like ill be good for race season
