My blaster's kickstart will just fall down and do nothing but still returns back up. But unless I kick hard initially the kickstarter will catch and start the motor fine. But if I just hop on and kick it the kicker just falls down and does nothing. I checked and all the teeth on the kickstarter and good and all of which they hook up to are good. Wtf is my problem I have tried about everything. :-/:-/

Low compression maybe? Also check to see that all the springs are in good condition. It sounds like the gear may not be sliding into the engaged position.
Had what sounds like the same problem. This is what worked for me, might not be your problem. The teeth looked OK but if you feel them with your finger they will be sharp. The gears have developed ridges or burs on the edge of the teeth. I carefully used a dremel with a small grinding wheel and a stone to clean up all the sharp edges. Don't need the dremel, just made it quicker. Been working fine since.
