Weekend in the Rockies

Here's some pics of our camp site area from this weekend and the surrounding scenery. Sorry, no pics of the trails as I don't have a small/cheap enough camera to take out on the trails. Put on about 300kms during the weekend!

It's about 35 km south-east of Coleman Alberta, just east of the Crows Nest pass. Awesome riding. It's worth the 8 hour drive from Saskatoon. You just find a spot in the forestry reserve, set up camp and ride wherever you want. You just need insurance and registration, and you can't ride on the numbered roads except to access trails. I used to live in S'toon, I never knew all this stuff was out here!

haha thats funny my uncle lives in crows nest passage, we quadded out by franks slide when i was younger, he ended up rolling his arctic cat down a hill and when he came back bears mauled his seat and chewed his plastics haha.
do you know if theres any good trails around banff/canmoore area?
everytime i go snowboarding i wished i woulda brought my quad.

I don't know that area too well. I think it might be pretty restricted as it's in a national park. There's some killer stuff around Bragg Creek and Cochrane which is just south/south-west of Calgary.
