Could slightly watered gas be the reason of my engine sputtering but not starting?

It pops, and when possible,it takes a VERY long time to get up to RPM's

I'm having the same problem with my blaster. Already checked literally everything. And I got bupkiss.
All that's left is the fuel/ignition and TORS.

If you do have a little bit of water in your fuel, it could clog up the carb, since water is denser, and also mess with the purity of the gas. ( no fire)
But by all means check it. there are fuel additives that disperse the gas and dry it up, if there's any. Pour it in w/ the fuel then let us know.

Yea, Ive tried everything, took my carb of cleaned the entire thing, even got a rebuild kit for it,i check the hewad gasket to see if it was bad,it was fine, i mean i have no idea what it is, I just emptied the gas tank and bought new gas,its still doing the same thing, the only other thing i can think of is the compression is bad,but i wont know that till this weekend when i can get a compression test... Ive ran out of options to check..

already checked them,i bought new ones about 3 weeks ago, they look the same from when i first bought them.

Well I just took the reeds off again and showed them to my dad,he said they looked fine but their was alot of gas being dumped into them,so im thinking either its a tuning problem? or onc egaain low/now compression.
