I got threw what I thought was ankle deep water and came to find out it was knee high water my blaster shut off and twenty minutes later it ran again for a while then began to back fire and turned off and wouldn't start again I am new to this so bare with me lol

Need to at least open drain on bottom of float bowl and drain it. Better would be to take it apart and give it a good cleaning. Inspect air filter to make sure it's dry. Might as well clean it too.
Is TORS still connected?
Remove stator cover and dry everything out if needed. If much water consider pulling flywheel and drying and spraying with WD40

Sounds like you got water in the engine.

Take off your pipe and carb.

You have two options:
Kick until you cant kick anymore
Pull it down the rode in gear to flush all the water out.

My brother just had this happen, and he pulled it down the road with the trusty honda I:I

I do no believe that I missed out on commenting before.

Where is the oil coming from coming from to provide lubrication?
