This is the sh*tty part of life, people putting there damn noses where they don't belong. I'm in the crowd that says it should be the option of the idiot on the bike, kinda like seat belts. Yes they will save your ass in a wreck, but there shouldn't be a law making you wear one, If its something that really is just gonna effect you and no one else it should be at your discretion.
the problem is, it doesn't just affect that person.
when they get hurt, they have to go to the hospital, by helicopter or ambulance or another way. then they have to be treated at the hospital. this sh*t isn't free and cost money. others pay for it, that is how insurance works.
then when people get hurt enough at a riding place, they close it down. it hurts the riders who are they to have ride and enjoy a fun safe time.
if they would just leave that person there and not help them, then ya go ride all you want without a helmet or seatbelt.

ont get me started on seat belt laws. how come if ur riding a street bike you dont have to wear a helmat but in a car you gota wear a seat belt. i think its a bunch of bs and the only reason they do it is so they can give u a fine and sh**. i always wear my helmat if i ever crash i dont wana f*** up my head. easpeacly after what hapened to my cousion it dont have anything to do with a quad or nothing but still he had a telephone pole land on his head now he wont wake up and nhis brain has no activity. i know its not the samething but still it makes you think about how bad head injures are.
I dont wear a helmet when Im putting around camp. If Im just riding up a dirt road and going straight, not through a trail, or riding aggressively, I dont wear a helmet.
However if Im doing anything that could be considered "stupid" such as jumping, riding aggressively, ANYTHING of the sort, my helmet goes on, and most of my riding gear does too.
And I honestly think there SHOULD be a law requiring the use of a helmet. But whatever.
What DOES suck is the OP shared some pics with us, and the board just ripped him up pretty bad about not wearing a helmet. Everyone wants to be critical about somebody else sometimes.

Lol im a recreational rider .. im not a racer.. I respect the bikes i ride.. i understand the dangers.. i mostly ride low key.. ya my jump sucked, just sharing pics.. If i hammered the blasty on that jump i would of smoked the 450r pic jump... Dude im riding the warrior lol... I know my blasty it will bust your head, thats why im not riding it.. As far as the ladies pics, well 2 of the coolest chicks youll ever meet.. Basically my best friends.. and well either one of them redneck chicks would ride your blasty better than you and catch your back when the stuff pops off... Ya man call it what ya want..there top notch cool ass chicks.. super model or not.. i judge a person by their charachter...

If the gent & his crew choose not to wear helmets or any other safety gear it should not be an issue :-/

Thanks brother.... I understand because all the time i ever posted anything i was scrutinized and demeaned... No big deal though because there is some people like yourself that appreciate sharing and thats why i do it.. I would ride with ya anytime you make it down ohio way... we'll ride all day and enjoy the ladies and a couple pints through the night.. thanks again...
no man not at all, we welcome pics and vids from anyone. the problem is that midget matt here took a banner pic from another member from our busco meet that had 13 blasters from here all lined up and wrote "busco gay pride ralley" under it and rocked it as his sig pic..... i dunno what the idiot was thinking but he gained 13 enemies by his stupidity and the thing that made him a real moron is that in that pic is probally 13 of the most helpful, knowledgeable and most active users on this site. so post away dude, no worries!!
