vito's hemi head? whats the 411

so what exactly is the differance between this and the normal 240 head? says needs race gas but doesnt say what octane? say i were to get one of these what would be some things i should keep inmind? do i need to rebuild more often? say i wanted to just use it once in a while would it just be as easy as changing the head, jet and gas each time?

how much extra power could i expect from this?

doesnt seem like it take a look at it. its got some extra dome peice that goes into it also

so i wonder if you can just take that 24cc dome out to take it back to a regular 240 and run regular gas? also wonder if that "24cc dome" adds 24cc to make it a 264 or what the signifigance of that is? cant wait to hear more when kennedy talks to vito's

correct, they just machined or casted a head that will accept domes like those used in Banshee cool heads. this gives you the ability to use different domes to play with your compression ratio. i imagine that the stock head would be better if you know how you are going to have a builder build the engine. they will be able to machine the proper chamber for your application.

the 240 was already done by flotek but i dont think there is any work done to the head.
