Vitos Big Bore kit

If it only needs .010 to be good, that's all you bore it. No gains by boreing more than necessary to clean it up.

what kind of money is it to get the whole cylander ported, honed, and head shaved?

I got the kit from vitos on its second bore and if it were me id buy it and try it out and when you get the funding for it have ken port it.

If you got a run of the mill fmf fatty it will run out of steam real quick.I run an SST and its a mid/top end pipe and is ok on it but it could probably use a cpi or something along those lines.

I wouldnt waste the money on a stock jug theres a saying that rings true no matter what the application "THERES NO REPLACEMENT FOR DISPLACEMENT".

Id buy the 240BBK and have it ported/stroker crank.either way you will like the 240BBK ported or unported.

Mines unported and runs down 400ex's and other quads of much larger cc's on the flat track and im just running a stock vm26ss carb,sst exhaust,72.5mm 240BBK,k&n,VF3's,and it flat out sh*ts and gets!!!

Go for it you wont be disappointed.

If you're running an unported vito's BBK on a VM26 with an SST, you've corked it up worse than a well built and thought out stock bore blaster! You've thrown a "shotgun blast" of parts at it instead of logically working through the problem of how to extract the maximum power. A stock bore stock stroke blaster built with a 34PJ and top end pipe would consistently outrun the blaster you're describing. ^^^^^

You've thrown a "shotgun blast" of parts at it instead of logically working through the problem of how to extract the maximum power. A stock bore stock stroke blaster built with a 34PJ and top end pipe would consistently outrun the blaster you're describing. ^^^^^

Seems to run very well.
