well...... it's hard to put a number on it like that. If you use all of the CT racing's recommendations, they claim the "LA sleeve" cylinder kit puts out 40.7HP.
If you setup a vito's engine (vito's and LA sleeve have a different porting layout, the vito's is an older design that doesn't have quite the same peak HP) with the same parts and porting specs that the LA sleeve cylinder has, it will put out a few less horsepower. The trick is, the CT/LA sleeve cylinder is designed for MX or drag applications. Vito's themselves advertises their cylinder as having "trail porting".
Much of the power output from the engine has less to do with port layout as it does your overall setup and what concessions you're willing to make in order to have the power output you're looking at. Anything more than about 30HP out of a blaster is going to need a whole host of upgrade OTHER than the engine... You'll need a better clutch, longer swingarm, better tires to put that power to the ground and a whole bunch more experience to ride. Maximum horsepower comes at a sacrifice of ridability too. You get to the point the engine puts out HUGE HP numbers but it's power is like a lightswitch, off off off off BAM ON ON ON!
