I spent a few weeks on the R and D using the Vito cylinder
The package I built for a member of this site has these mods
Vito big bore cylinder with my trail port specs
Vito head cut to my trail design, and no its not just the gasket surface cut, completely redesigned head
38mm carb,(142 main jet) and if anyone says that carb is too big, they have not done their R and D work. Its a 248cc engine, the factory puts that size on 125cc motors.
V-force reeds
Kennedy custom forged piston that will be available with all my engine packages
Hot rod 4mm crank or 61mm
This package is the bad ass, I still need to repeat the test with the 3mm crank.
