It may be some mud or dirt in your reeds, because what happens is dust gets in the reeds, then mositure will develop over time and create a mud ball the will hold the reed open a little, or you could have a slit or something in your carb boot. See If you can lower your idle down to normal, if not then trial and error.

I had the same type of thing happen when I got my first blaster.I'd start it and then it revved like crazy. I think you might need to turn down the idle screw.
