okay so as you all know that vf3s are a must have for a blaster. Well i think not. Reson is because i had been saving my money forever and ever to get them. once i got enough money (some wear around 215 dollars) i bought them. it was fun the time i had with the power difference. then once my blaster had been broken for about 2 months we finally take it to the shop. and BOOM there it was i get a call and im told the the dam reeds burnt off the cage. And to make things worse the sells person ( not the guy who works in the shop) orders me stock reeds cause he didnt know they were vf3. So now i was thinking about taking my vf3s back and getting some Rad valves.

holy sh*t you paid too much for those reeds

and we want pics of the damage. that's kind of an odd failure

did they burn or crack off?
VF reeds are known for cracking.
also heard that replacement petals are costly.

$215 ??????? i paid $117, someone hoodwinked you, as that shop you took it to is.............
"the reeds are burnt off the cage", yeah right !!!!!
you tell them we want pics !!!!! or they're lying !!!!!
and if that did somehow happen, it was some other cuase, not the reeds

BTW, call me for any other new parts you ever need, hahahaaaa

I don't believe it either, burnt off my ass. One of the Mechanics, blasters must of needed a V3 cage!

agrred 100%, you tell them you want your "burnt up" cage back, and skip the new stock cage, someone on here will sale you a stock cage for $15, or even trade even up for that sh*tty vf3 cage

they were somewere from 150 to 220 i cant remeber but i dont have cell service right now once i get some i will post pics

they gave me the cage back and i still have stock cage

i just did a google search for...........
"melted reed petals" and "vf3 melted reed petals"
i went 3 pages deep on both searches, and came up with no prior reports of any such thing
i did find a few reports of fiberglass reeds doing sumthin similar, hence the switch to high temp carbon fiber
