v force 3 reeds help

i got my reeds, cut the tab off the stock manifold and have 1 gasket between the jug and the reeds but where does the 2nd gasket go? thats the only issue im having.

well i didnt put it on because it seemed to not fit right. it wasnt sitting on the part that you put into the acualy reeds, it sat on an angle, like half on half off so i didnt put it on. the rubber intake manifold seemed to have enough of a seal. should i be ok?
