Ok, im in the middle of doing my oil injection block off, i got the pump case off, pump off, all screws taking off clutch cover, oil drained, everything, BUT one little area of the clutch cover is stuck and really will not come off. I got it ready to come off everywhere but that area, and the funny part i right where it wont come off is the one screw that looked to have loctite on it when i pulled it out. So any suggestions on hopw to get it off? any ifno would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Phil.

you may need to give it some gentle help with a screwdriver.

if there was a lot of loctite on the screw it may have gotten on the cover/case

but first of all double check that you have all of the screws out

Yep i tried that lol. and i swear i left one in but theres none lol. I wouldnt mind but man im being eatin alive by bugs lol. and I have to say a big thank you to everyone on this site especially you. This site is the greatest. Everytime i have a question or anything you guys are al;ways there with an answer and its a HUGE help so THANK YOU!

yep good advice. don't pry with the screw driver. turn it slowly like you were turning a screw. def make sure you got all the screws first. there isn't anything inside that would hold the cover on except the kickstarter holds on sometimes.

ok i got everything off. thanks guys, one more question, how to i get that metal pin off thats attached to the plasctic wheel thing on the inside of the clutch cover? thanks again guys.

thanks again dude. your the best hahah. ill be back for more tomorrow night when i install my new boyeson reeds.

I was able to pull mine out by hand on both engines.if it still don't come out with a tap and hammer alone you may want to add a little heat the case will expand qquickly so don't get carried away and cfack anything.but it shouldn't be too bad to remove.

i ended up finishing it by 11 last night. i think i set a record, LONGEST time its ever takin to install a blockoff kit, 5 and a half hours!!!!!! to top it all off i woke up this moring to find tranny oil all over my garage floor. so i put a new gasket in and everything is all good. Thanks again guys.
