what would you all reccomend for carb adjustments after doing away with the stock air box and putting on a unifilter strait on the carb? this quad wont see much water or mud , mostly hard turf.

is it stock right now? i hope not. just try a plug chop where you are at and see how it is. maybe go to the next size up. i cant see you needing anything more then a 270.

d.jackson......whats up buddy !!! its nice to be back ! the +4 swinger is on but i still have everything all apart, im painting, modding, doing all kinds of shti ..lol..its my winter project. ill get ya some pics here soon. i still have to get my brake line and i just ordered the oil bolck off kit and a pb block off plate the other day.

i just sent you a pm on the jetting. ..im running a 280 now i believe, and the carb is stock. with mild engine mods done as of now...port,polish,milling, reeds etc....

well everyone, after talking to my friend d.jackson and a few other people i just dedided to do it right and buy the cfm air box for it and do it right........
im sure ill have to do some carb adjustments with that as well so if anyone has advice on it or is running one of them boxes let me know. im not that experienced in carb adjustments so any advice is appreciated. I do know jetting from trial and error but the a/f ratio and stuff like that i dont like to get involved with !!!
