Hopefully my pics will help you understand the Banshee steering shaft swap.
Measuring from the threads on the steering stem to the end of the shaft the Blaster is about 21" the Banshee is about 23.5". The Banshee shaft is about 2.5" longer than the Blasters shaft.
Now if you look at the bottoms of the shaft you can clearly see they are different. This part is what needs to be turned down on the Banshee shaft. (blaster on the left & banshee on the right)
The measurement (a) of the Blasters bottom shaft = 15.20mm
The Banshee measurement of (b) = 25.36mm and (c) = 17.57mm.
So the Banshee Bottom shafts (b) and (c) needs to be turned to match the blaster's (a) 15.20mm.
The top shafts are both the same, so no need to worry about that. I will get a before and after shot soon.
