What do they charge for the mod. And what was turnaround time?

Super fast turn around. I brought a head off ebay had it shipped to him and then he shipped it to me.

$60 or $65 off the top of my head.

What the compression ratio? After the mod is done?

All depends on what you want. Ported with a head mod is close to 10 - 1 on race fuel. Pump gas is around 9.25 - 1.
