I'm the guy with stator leak... Well toke that sprocket off.... Looked for bad seal... All was good.... Decided to clean the area really good... Noticed grooves in the case....and low and behold there was a pinhole in te case.... Put some oil in it... Started it and it came right out when running.... So my Theroy is the chain rubbed on the case.... Because tue chain roller wasn't on.... I now put the chain roller on....and planning on jb welding the case.... Will this work? I hope so....

it will work to fix that. just make sure you rough up the surface really well and clean it with some brake cleaner or carb cleaner before you apply it

quicksteel, far superior to jb weld !!!!!!

Ya I have this stuff called liquid steel... Thank god its gonna work...

Now to get the jetting right..... Gonna try a 270.... With fmf pipe and silcencer. Kn filter and open air box.....

ive played with alumiweld before its aluminum rods that look like solder and will melt with a lil propane hand torch. there at harbor freight.

You might want to try a 290 or 300 if your gonna take the airbox lid off. You might not need to but rich is safe.

Ok I have jets r us kit on the way......(so 290,300,320 are included) I'm at sea level about.... With full fmf kit.... V force reeds, have hand ported head, kn filter, stock carb....

A 340 jet was way to rich so right now it has the stock jet with a dynojet kit needle in it.... I just got it so hopefully since it runs good no damage was done... So I'll start with a 290 jet I guess...
