tranny bearings.

is there anywhere to get a set of tranny bearings without having to search through the breakdown pics and order them individually like on bikebandit? no i'm not talking about crank bearings.
 
you could press them out, measure them, go to your favorite parts store and find the guy with grey/white hair and tell him to pull out his bearing book.
 
or if you find a young guy who isn't afraid of using a book.



you can probably just get on national or timken's websites and look them up yourself. mcmaster carr is also an option
 
AHH, you must have parts counter guys that actually know what the hell they are doing, hard to find around here most don't even have a diploma...
 
sorry guys i forgot i posted this tread for a coulple of days. that's some great info. bikebandit seemed like a rip off and it is hard to actually locate the bearings in the breakdown pics.
