ok so im having idleing problems and i want to rule out that its not the tors....what do i unplug/remove to do this. if its not the TORS, id like to keep it (until it fails) can i still unplug it and will it work when i plug it back in the way it did before?

If you just want to eliminate it from the ignition circuit and leave everthing else alone, do this.>>>>>> Locate the TORS control box under the hood. It is the upper left one with only a yell/blk and a blk/wht wire going into it. Disconnect the blk/wht wire and tape up the harness side. Done. Ta-Da!

ok i guess im going to start by setting the air screw to 1-1/2 turns then just try turning the idle screw on the TORS housing....any idea what the factory settings are on the tors idle screw?

yea man its 21.5 mm......like the manual says....

Look Mitchell, there is no need to get cranky. This is probably your sixth thread and although you start a new one for each problem, which is good, the history behind it all gets lost. Two threads ago I wrote a couple PARAGRAPHS explaining why it was important to check your float level again and how to check the float level/fuel level externally. FLOAT LEVEL AFFECTS EVERYTHING. You never bothered to reply. I've been trying to help you and terse answers like that come across like, "F--- off", to my ears on this side. If you don't want my help, then say so, but ignoring good advice repeatedly, mine or anyone elses, is a damn good way to get ignored yourself.

Now, with that said, maybe I'm the one being cranky, but it still needed to be addressed. Peace.

lol...wasnt trying to be cranky at all. i can see how u would interperate what i wrote as cranky. believe me, u n everybody else is on this site is great n i really appreciate u takin the time to help me. i was just trying to say that i did everything by the book........

ok so.....the float was set correctly. i replaced the piolet jet(the one that came with the rebuild kit) with the original factory one and it idles perfectly now. thnx for the help

yup.....it was an ebay special..i just cant figure out now why it reaches max RPM before it should. it doesnt cut out or anything it just "plains off"

Still sounds like you are just running out of fuel. This is where jetting usually starts to come in, but is the main jet new like your pilot? Maybe it's a similar problem. Those Taiwanese jets just aren't the deal they sound like.
