I have 04 blaster with a few mods, my oil line came disconnected
from the carb when I was riding and the engine seized. I haven't
tore the engine apart yet but what kind of repairs and upgrades
should I be looking to do the motor still runs fine no irregular
noises or smoke but low on power

well id do a compression test and see where you stand.

your most likely low on compression

prolly going to need a topend rebuild

bore=40-60
pistonkit=80-100
gasket kit=20

second how much of a bore should I be looking to do or
can I can I stay at the stock size, just trying to make it
reliable again

you will need to take it to a builder and they can tell you what size you need or if you can get away with a hone

and once its together again you may want to block off the oil injection and run premix

what is the best premix ratio by the way

32:1 seems to be the most common, some guys go 40:1 with amsoil
