toomey pipe or factor 7

Toomey is truely built by there own techs and mostly perform all of their own Research and Design (R&D).

Factory 7 - If you found the "Phantom" Pipe anywhere cheap used - its the same thing. They didn't get the proper licensing for the the phantom name so they come up with Factory 7. I am not sure if they alter their pipes to their own specs in some way but to my knowledge it is a restickered pipe meaning it is built by someone else and has only had their badge applied.

None the less two good pipes for the heavier modded blasters out there. Ask Pittboss - he should be able to explain the Factory 7 pipe for any more detailed info.

my uncle has a factory 7...i ride his every now and then...maybe im jus used ta my toomey but it doesnt have the torque and the factory 7 revs out quicker...but i still like it...

i have never tryed a toomey......
but i race a blaster with a toomey and I beat him every time

The F7 is a right hand pipe where the toomy is a left hand pipe. On a heavily built blaster (big bore, P&P, big carb, ect...) a right hander is usually the way to go although I've heard good things about the fat basterd pipe from vitos I've never had the chance to try one, If your bike is only lightly modded the toomy would be great. When it comes right down to it, its all about your riding style. call the company and ask them what rpm range the pipe is built for and then ask yourself what rpm range are you going to be riding in most of the time, that way you can find a pipe that works best for you.
As far as right hand pipes go they are pretty much all the same pipe made by POWER PROS. LRD, F7, Phantom, and I think Dyno port (dont Quote me on that last one)are all the same pipe with different badges welded on them. although LRD does offer 2 versions of there pipe one is the same as the other pipes and one has an adjustable expansion chamber

LRD and Dyno Port are not the same pipes as the Power Pros pipe.

LRD does not make the adjustable pipe as of 3 years ago.

thats true cuz they are for two different types of riding...toomey if your gunna leave the head alone is ur best bet...but if your doin some work in the head...go with a f7...ill admit it if i was to do some head work i would trade for an f7...but fer the dude who said fmf is better then both...ur wrong...sorry ta say...=/

My bad I didnt know they stopped making the adjustable ones. Where they any good? should I pick one up if I come across one at a good price?
And how about the dyno port, if its not made the same as a power pros does it still preform similar? I noticed they are usually a little cheaper.

I believe dyno port makes two different pipes for the blaster. One is for a stock bore and the other is made for the bb cylinders. Someone correct me if i'm wrong?
