Toomey b1 exhaust. Problem.

I got a Toomey b1 exhaust that was installed when I bought quad. I am doing a leakdown test and seen there is no silicone o ring in the silencer. Anyone know the size of it. And second is there supposed to be a gasket or a crush seal between the head and flange? Third can anyone tell me where this is supposed to go?

There should be a o ring inside the expansion chamber itself and there should be a exhaust gasket in between the flange and cylinder (fits into the cylinder) and that picture you provided that's the exhaust clamp it goes between the silencer and expansion chamber, you use 2 clamps... it seals the pipes together.

Ok so is this the right size crush gasket? This one does not fit inside of head. Or do I need to go back and get one that fits inside? Help!

It should fit inside of the cylinder not tight but enough for it to stay in until you put the exhaust on.. get a oem one
