Tjsdaname's 3rd rebuild

So, we are building another race blaster to go along with the 90 mod. We are gonna try to make it look like the 90 mod as much as possible. It's not gonna be a fast build, but I thought I might as well make a thread for it.

Here is the blaster it is starting from, I did a time lapse while we tore it down. 1 picture every 5 seconds.

Here is a pic of the frame we just got back from PC.

The next step is a set of +3+1 American Star A-arms, +3 American Star swingarm, steel braided brake lines, G-force/Tusk axle and getting the motor I used for my race blaster rebuilt. it's sitting in the basement right now blown up lol.

I will update the thread as parts come in, but it might be a while between updates...

Update, we got a set of handlebars for it. They are Easton's version of oversized bars they are about double as thick as protaper fat bars lol bu they were on sale for 30$
and the a-arms came in today, these things are so much nicer then the burgards that are on the 90mod.

the swing arm should be here in like a week

they are standard travel, and shortened yfz450 shocks

Sorry for my ignorance, do you just cut the spring? is that the best option to upgrade front shocks beside shee shocks and aftermarket shoks?

yeah, mumm does all of our engine work. and those are the same shocks I used when I rode it...

you should come out and ride one of the open practice days next season

yeah, he will be racing it part time in 2013 just to get used to it and full time in 2014

idk how it was done, my shock builder did it... they had to be internally
shortened and then the springs were cut.
