its not loosing any tranny oil, i rode sat. its runs really good at half and full throttle, but its bogging around 1/4, almost sounds like its flooding. im guna put the air box lid back on and try it, it rained all day yesterday so i didnt get to try it. i plug chopped it at WOT before i rode sat and plug has a nice brown ring.
Replacing the air box lid is going to upset everything above 1/4 throttle as it will run 2 sizes main jet richer.
It would pay to either re adjust the idle or alter the needle clip position.
Try riding at 1/4 throttle and pulling the choke out halfway, if it runs better lift the needle one notch, if worse the other way.

ok ill try that, and im guna go ahead and order a new needle. i have a old one that is bent and put it beside the dyno jet and there is a good bit of difference. i dont have a 260 jet so i may go ahead and order a few more sizes as well, cuz i love the sound of that lid being off.
