timing mod?

is doing a plus 7 timing mod riskier than a +4 cause i don't want to have to buy a new stator plate, also whats the difference in power gains? i know +4 gives you about 3hp in the midrange and a little bottom end too, how much does the plus 7 give?

also, i will be mounting the banshee axel before christmas, and i would kinda like chris's opinion on the +7 mod since he is the one whois gonna do it, i've heard good things about the +4 though.

i think +7 is gonna be too much bro.. we can slot it for +7 thats no problem.. and then play with the timing a bit and see where you like it the best.. but +7 will probably be too much timing for pump fuel

oh yeah, I forgot to say that I run race fuel......lol

my mistake...8-|

yea im just gonna buy the timing plate when i get to doin my engine work.i would rsther spend the $35 to do it right.not saying sloting the stator is the wrong way.i just dont really trust myself doin that and we dont have a dremel so

either way works.. it's pretty hard to f*ck up really..

ok, i'll call you one weekend when me and my dad have some free time to come out there, i'll have hom bring his quad and we can ride around, maybe go to the rt 231 trails, not sure if i'll have the axel on then though, i think i'm gonna wait ti'll i get the valve stems to make the front wider too.

ok i know this is gonna sound like a noob question but u dont nned to rejet for doing this do ya. like changing the timing doesent require more fuel an air does it???
