i put a 1 and a half inch crack in the middle of my swingarm and twised my frame and axle and a-arms without even crashing, think you ride hard, try a 70ft stepdown triple with spacers on instead of +2s
Nope. Just got a blaster so haven't even rode much. Where the hole is for the shock mount, it looks like they cut the inside of the rectangular tubing to insert the round pipe for the shock mount. Right where the mount is, that is where the highest stresses occur, on the bottom and top of the rectangular tube. Having cut the tube where the hole is so close to the bottom and top edges, weakens it significantly. I would use a taller tube, that way the hole is not as close to the outermost surface where the peak stresses occur.
iv broke my swing arm right off hanging by the shock on my ktm 250 2 stroke ..... but the swing arm was aluminum so..... but alot of times there almost suppost to be reinforced better
