DP isn't very expensive at all , I have a gun case I want to line the inside of to give it a cool assassin type look and add some accent lights for my zombie killin arsenal . I priced out what it would cost and it's equal to 2 4x8 sheets and it's less than 100 bucks for 3/16" thick , even 1/4" would have been less than 175.00

use lexan, not plexiglass.
for the exhaust, not sure yet, still looking around for a good one.

Lexan would be a better choice, but it costs quite a bit more than plexiglass. Lexan has excellent impact strength, good weatherability, ease of machining, thermoformability and UV resisting. It can be formed to whatever you want with the proper tools with ease and will even keep you from getting burned while riding around on those sunny days haha.

i rather use aluminum sheet metal, cheaper and lighter
