the legend vs. the bigbore

Banshee all the way. I was told that the 700r wasnt really that fast but who knows if never been on one personally but I still think the banshee cause its more of a drag quad than the 700r

3 mod raptor and 3 mod banshee - hard to say - both are pretty fast


Not sure about the blaster vs raptor 700 question I never seen a raptor line up beside a blaster before.
 
In a short race the raptor will probably edge out the shee but in a long race, the shee will spank it
 
No, I meant what I said. The 4 stroke has more torque to get moving but once that 350 twin gets wound up, it'll eat that 4 stroke. Stock the banshee does about 75 mph and theres no way that the raptor will beat it
 
funny, the quadzilla is the fastest production quad ever made and it tops out at about 80 mph. I've drag raced a 660 raptor with my 265r and it would beat me off the line but I'd blow by it after 30-40 yards.
 
banshee all the way i ride with both a 660 and a 700fi raptor and the 700 isnt as fast as it should be with 700cc's
 
i think the only thing keeping the banshee ahead is the fact it has 2 cyliders more pistons means more room for power in a smaller package.
imagin if the 700r was a twin wooo now that would be fast as hell.

that being said the 700r the way it sits is still a pretty crazy machine i rode around with my buddy in the trails and his 700r was almost too powerful and all it had was a pod filter and a factory 4.1 muffler and header.
but ive never seen a banshee in real life so i guess ill have to hold my judgement untill then..
 
i don't know which one wins, but the banshee is way more fun. And it is a two stroke!
 
hmmm i would think the raptor would be more fun because of the updated suspension and the reverse electric start.
oh yeah and torque lol.
but other then that equally fun just one takes more work lol

carrol shelby once said horse power sells cars torque wins races.. im going to apply that to this thread i know the 660s are a bad biotch and im sure the 700s are.. hell the 660s will roost snow or dirt at ANY speed
 
i have 2 buddies with both they almost all stock raptor is a gytr edition with 2 bros slip on and the banshee is old and tired with no box and uni filters but 700 wins constaly in short race banshee wins just because that raptor just wheelies constaly but when it settles down it gets by him its not by much but its a win for the raptor 700 and they do suck for trail riding way to much torque to be weaving through trees and they are brittle machines i rolled the 700 once and broke the radiator 2nd time my buddy rolled it agian and broke the new radiator he just put in and the 700 plastics are like from a toy they just feel so cheap. so this should settle the dispute.
 
banshee anyday...
im not just saying that cuz i have one but because i no its true...i eat them up and sh*t them out all the time at the dunes
