that was my first thought, but doesn't line up. the way it is now, the hanger and pipe mount are flush. unless the toomey guys welded the nut on the wrong side of the mount thats the best fit... :-/

that bracket you had in your hand is for the rear mount I have the same pipe ....the trick is dont tighten anything down get it all threaded first then snug it all down ...that what I had to do with my toomey
OH so Toomey has a nut welded to that , Hmmm never new that then i believe ya have it right then!
the tooomey fatty pipe has a threaded hanger and it bolts to the stock rubber metal mount thingy LOL ....but like I said to get mine to go all together you need to hand thread everything then wrench it home LOL
IF by chance you have it back apart, could you tell mi the inside diameter of the chamber where it meets the head pipe? Thanks!! Just wondering.
on there website theres a picture and that mount isnt even there, also looks like a much older version

that'll work just trying to make it simple for you .....loosen EVERYTHING hand thread it use the bracket thats missing in the vid and wrench it all down
watched the vid, would have liked to see the bracket held up in place
i'd say loosen the coupler and move it around/back/forth to see if it'll line up better ???
