Now to get to work.. actually i'm done hehe. Let me wash up since my girlfriend says I smell and I will upload progress pictures :-[

if you read back a page you will know what these pictures are all about...basiclly cut the top and bottom roller mounts off so now whenever i need to replace those i can just get 450, banshe, etc.. rollers that jsut bolt right on.

bottom, lol there was no roller..

and the top one was really thick..

and heres the finished result!

as you can see the swingarm roller is not on yet, I want to go riding with my buddies really bad this weekend so that will be another project..

so far i cant give a good review for these rollers, i hear both good and bad, mostly bad, but chanced it anyway.. the the bearings in it are not that great, once these go bad i am going to get double bearing rollers.

I will post more pictures and a video of the chain that's on, not sure what the tension should be. i made it a little tighter that the old one that was on since it was verrryyy loose.

yea those are my next buy after these die on me, which i ether see the bearins going out or just going to wear quick. they look pretty crapped up after this past weekend of finally riding.

speaking of riding - this was my first time taking the blaster out on the trails since i got it! man this is a fun little machine!! I:I I:I

bringing my thread back from the dead! a lot has been done and need to get around to getting more pictures and such.

heres whats been done:
finally got around to putting on the swing arm chain slide 8-| and holy sh*t the swing arm bearings were either replaced or in very good condition, so just had to repack.
completely took of TORS and put on the moose cap kit I:I also did a full carb rebuild even though it was in amazing condition...
took off the parking break linkage to the rear and rigged my own setup
also rebuilt the mechanical break, it went very well and i guess im one of the lucky ones with a working one - spring, linkage, and all is in great condition!
lucking out a lot on this build (knocks on wood), no surprises when i open anything up. the only problem i have ran into were there poorly kept chain rollers from the previous owner.

heres what is needing to be done:
decided on pipe and silencer (old one fell apart inside.. lol sounds like a few metal chunks are bouncing around in the pipe)
front tires and rims (going to go with the same razr's series in the front to go with the back, very happy with them)
front bumper (most likley AC, love the design of it)

i'm totally up for tips, comments, and criticism, don't be afraid!

oh and this is a picture and question. since the TM roller doesn't fit with most skids (even though it says it does...) i mounted it backwards. now i haven't had any problems and it rolls really nice - anyone think this would be an issue?

anyone have the B1 system and have had this issue? with my readins i thought it was the main pipe top mount..

heres another pic of that gap..

its both to far and to close for the 2-part mount. the back on lined up dead on. Now currently its all super snug, so there really is no play at all to even try and move it to fit. guess i am going to have to make my own?

anywho i started it up just to hear it and make sure everything is working and all bolts are snug. OMG. Sounds amazing. Going to attempt tuning this up sunday after i get some jets and plugs from my local yamaha dealer.

My power pros I had to put it all together and bolt the soilencer part up first then i used a piece of aluminum and spaced out the head pipe on that top clamp. BTW I'm pretty sure that your suppose to have that top header clamp on the otherside of the hanger!

I wanna say with stock carb the toomeys are in the 300-330 ranges!
