That's all I did to fit a Warrior cali. Piece of plate with couple nuts welded together for spacer. couple tabs welde to frame. However I do have to re-do mine as I made the lever "extension" to long and I don't have enough leverage against the master cyl. Find some good pics of where cali is mounted on 03+ and how brake pedal is.
If you are going to try putting an 04 rear brake onto a 88-02 blaster, good luck. The mounts are different, it could probably be done, but it's going to be a pain in the ass.

Not that bad really. Just a little fabrication engineering. That's what I love about Blasters and BF, just do it. Over @ BHQ, everyone thinks it's all gotta be big buxs, and don't even mention doing your own porting

Its def gonna take a lil fabrication skills. I own two 2001 blasters and my primary one still has stock caliper. I can lock it up on black top all day long. My gfs has the hydro but unfortunately the previous owner did a horrible job installing so I'm where your at with yours. If your comfortable with your skills go for it.
