Alright Im starting to get sold on the +4 swingarm. Will I still be able to clutch up some wheelies pretty easily?

Well, my '04 doesn't wheelie at all (in the dirt at least) with its +3 SA. But that was the reason for getting it. (you wanna go forward, not up) All-around stability was improved as well. It just feels better.
