Swingarm extenders?

Hey guys. Not much of a blaster guy, more of an air cooled 250R fan, but I can certainly appreciate these powerful lil buggers

Recently pulled a blaster apart and found these:

What are they? The carrier was mounted to these and these were mounted to the swinger. Never seen these before on any of the blasted I've worked on or ridden. Are they swingarm extenders? 80's aftermarket piece?

You've got it. They are extension kits. Bolt in between the swingarm and carrier

looks to be an extention of some sort. either that or something for the scrap pile

Sorry, these came from an 88 blaster. Bright pink n purple plastics. Bad boy club stickers and all ... Love the 90's!

I'd Clean them Up and Use It ! , I'm Sure It's Stronger than some Amateur Welding on a Stock Swinger !!
