Swingarm bearing removale

stick something in from the opposite end and hit them out. a big flathead screw driver or i had good luck using a old tie rod without teh ends on it.

Use some WD-40 or equivalent and let em soak for a bit. Then a large punch with a hammer (I like Noober's tie rod) while holding the swingarm in a vise. If you don't have a vise, a 2x4 to hold it off the ground while someone else holds the swinger might work.

pop the seals out, find a socket that fits barely fits in, slide it up against the bearing and smack it. If its to corroded on you will need a chisle to split the outter race up. A 100 ton hydralic press works pretty good too...
