swing arm shimmys side to side

Hi guys. I finally got my blaster running with a fresh 240 engine. Went out and drove it and when I give it some throttle the rear swing arm shimmys to the right and when I let off throttle it comes back. You can actually see the rear right tire move out about an inch every time you hit the gas


Any ideas?

Bearings sound like there shot. Jack up the bike and see where the play is.

Either axle bearings or swingarm bearings

I ordered a swing arm rebuild kit off eBay looks like it has everything.

What if my chain is too tight will it do that?
