Trying to finish up this engine rebuild vid for you guys and im stumped on this...

Pushrod, bearing, and the pushrod with the screw are all installed.. If the clutch is adjusted properly there is barely enough room to screw the adjustment lock nut on one thread... I have no idea how its like this.

Everything seems like its in place with the manual... I double checked everything, any ideas?

yep, loosen it all, and turn the clutch actuator arm where the cable connects till you see the rod move out a little more, if that doesnt work, that actuator may be too worn down inside ???

I did that and it seems like its coming up short somehow! Its so weird. The actuator arm doesnt seem to be worn at all... I can see the mark in the grease on the arm where the pushrod is hitting, just as smooth as the rest of the arm. Ball bearing is in place, other push rod seems fine, just isnt long enough! thats what she said!

Betcha I figured it out! I think the ball i put in there is the tiny ass ball for the kickstarter! not the ball for the clutch! I dont know why but that idea just popped in my head! Bet thats it!!! Thanks for the help fellas!

Also The arrows on the clutch arm and case should line up.
I like to align mine up with the clutch arm being slightly past the arrow on the case to the left when viewed from the back of the bike.

Nope, no pancake bearing. Went to line it up today and everything went fine... its all back together. Vids to come.

Oh and thanks for the help everyone :)
