Stroker Crank

So battbikes doing my bottom end for me. when he has it split hes putting a hotrods +4mm stroker crank in. do i need oil seals or anything else while its split to replace. i probably need the bottom end gaskets but does the crank come with the bearings and do i need oil seals.

Its best to replace all seals and all gaskets when you do a rebuild.

u sure its the +4 or is it a +3 mm crank, batt has not trenched a case out before to fit a +4 crank, our cranks r +3 which is easy to do, but theres alot more mods for the +4 crank

You will need to trench the cases for the plus 4.Some if any hand grinding for the plus 3.The crank does not come with crank bearings.I would say you should get a complete seal kit,complete gasket kit,crank bearings(decent ones).Just check all the other bearings.I always wash everything out with soap and hot water once it is apart 2 or 3 times just to be safe.Don't forget to put grease on the oil seal lips.

i havent had any prob with vitos +3. i have one in a ported cylinder and a bb kit no probs yet have been running it for 2 years

ive seen an equal amount of wiseco stroker cranks fail in comparison to the vitos stroker ,i have seen some hard hitting alky burning blasters using the vitos crank over time with no problems too

what do you need to do to fit the +3 vitos crank?
its say no machining work required.

Yeah, I thought you could just slap a +3 stoker in there and go.
