Wish I could help 'ya, but even though I don't have one, don't you have a couple bores left in your existing jug? It would probably be cheaper just to have your cylinder bored out one more oversize and rock it than trying to buyand run another one of unknown condition.
Ken O' Connor Racing does quality work at reasonable prices if you need to have your bore job done. Just sayin'.

Yea, go with Ken O'Connor Racing if you choose to get it bored, he does it quick, cheap, and completely professional. He does a great bore job and chamfers the ports perfectly.

yes but temp droped 20 it was jetted for 55 it was 35 and it went lean and detonated
Ouch! Got any pics you can post up here? A new sleeve is an effective fix IF the cylinder casting itself isn't damaged.
Let's see how bad it is and go from there. I saw the pic in your other thread of the melted piston...
Yea lets see pics of it. I suggest getting it re-sleeved from Ken O'Connor Racing as well. I've seen videos of how he resleeves a cylinder and it is completely professional and flawless
no pics yet going to work on his house tommorow maybe some pics then was looking for a stock jug to send to ken to get bored and then find some sleeve for my 2 cracked jugs and then send those to kens to get resleeved but just want a stock jug for now

Send Sicivicdude a PM. He bought a rusty-but-usable stock jug from me a month ago that had a couple bores left in it. I bet he'd hook you up.
I got 2 useable but both need rebored no rust or anything and arent cracked broke rings and gouged the cylinder but both are completely useable.Wiseco pistons took the brunt of the force in fact one of the pistons has ring fragment imbedded in it.

sweet i sent you a pm. and i know it didnt feel that cold out. i was out in a teeshirt like a hour befor takeing the glass outta one of my lights that broke.
I honestly dont know what a fair price is what are the normal prices for one?
And did you guys do all the basic stuff like plug chops and so on?
My gf's blaster looked awesome at 280 when it was 60-70 out then it dropped to 45-55 and i had to go up to a 300.The jetting is detrimental.
sorry to hear is man, i know u were wxcited to have it back.. i think there was something else going on personally, unless u had it jetted on the very very cutting edge of blowing up i dont see a 20* temp drop frying a cylinder like that. winter riding is fine.. i did it all last year and posted pics of my entire carb encased in ice and no blowup..
ive found some for around 100 that have good bores. then i found some with piston and all for 300 but i seen some that need bored for 55 60. i could give you about 50?
thats what i was thinking? but my uncle thinks the timeing could have came loose and sliped doing that? he hasent had time to tear apart bottom end yet. imma see if he can do t today since it is raining.
Well i ve got 3 total i lied.One is sitting with a fresh bore .010 its totally ready to go and then ive got 2 that need bored but are totally useable after an overbore both the other jugs are 67.50.
