stator

Ok so i got my new stator in today.installed the part and was getting vlotage.after assembling the quad complety i wasnt gettin spark.so i go back to the stator and the red/black dont have continuity w/ ground. is there anything that could destroy a stotor that fast.did i do something wrong

Disreaguard....i have even done called the supplier and there sending me a replacement and i keep this. one....its not bad its a 5wire so i have to add an extra ground....lol my stupidity got me a 2-4-1 deal
