Havin trouble with my blaster. She'll start great and idle but when u touch the throttle u get nothing! Just kinda boggs and stumbles. We've been over everything carb related including rebuild, rejet, repipe and pretty much everthing twice:/ after that we started checking our spark output. At first we noticed some inconsistency in firing and tested with a voltmeter and had anywhere from 9 to 15 volts. ?? Has anyone ever encountered this? My question is, do I have a bad coil pack or stator? Or is there something I'm missin?? Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated! I just wanna ride the dang thing!

Check your reeds ! Bad/worn or missing reed petals would cause the symptoms your describing. Same thing happened to me, blaster would start up and idle okay but bog down when I hit the throttle and die if I held the throttle. If that's not the problem then it could very well be a problem with the TORS. If reeds are okay unplug your TORS and see if that fixes the problem. Search TORS delete/ how to disconnect your TORS for an easy step by step how to.
