I know I have correct mixture of gas. I use premo gas and use lucas semi synthetic 2 cycle oil. Please help going to dune fest on thursday. Thank you and have a awesome day.

First of all, I applaud you on your use of puncuation and capitol letters, at your age. That's impressive.

How long have you had the Blaster? Has it always fouled plugs? Trying to solve this in 1 day is going to be a challenge. What mods does it have? Pipe, porting, autolube pump on or removed? Reeds, carb, airbox? Airbox lid on or off? Do you know what jets are in the carb? Does the carb pee on the ground?

I have a 1999 Yamaha Blaster 200. It has some tasteful upgrades. Examples: FMF Power core 2 pipe complete, turner sprocket and chains, k&n air filter, itp tires, and hand grips. I would think it is the Jets because I haven't changed them since it was first bought. Thank you

Here this may help with the jetting, as plug fouling is usually caused by too rich a mixture.

Before you make the plug chop run it is important that the float level is correct, the idle is set correctly and there are no air leaks in the system, otherwise the smoke ring may lie about the AFR.

WHEN ALL OF THE ABOVE ARE CORRECT PROCEED WITH THE FOLLOWING.

Warm up motor to operating temp.

Fit new B8ES plug, ride WOT through the gears and hold WOT in 5th or 6th gear for 10 seconds, or as long as you can safely.

Switch off the motor and pull in the clutch, apply brakes to come to a stop quickly.

Take the plug out and replace the old one for the ride home.

Carefully cut the threaded end off the plug to expose the insulator.

There should be a smoke ring of a cardboard or biscuit colour around the insulator.

If it is non existant or a very light colour, you are lean and require a larger main jet.

If it is a lot darker you are rich and may go down a size in main.

I prefer to run a little on the darker side, I may loose a little power but it is worth it for the peace of mind that I won't need a rebuild so soon.

You have to get up a reasonable speed so that you can get the motor to pull strongly.

Then hold it Wide Open Throttle (WOT) for 10 secs or as long as you can.

The idea is not to get speed but to make it pull strong at full throttle to get onto the main jet circuit.

I find I can safely do it on a short run by applying the brakes some.
If you have not enough room you can use 4th or 5th gear with good results.

The day is almost 1/2 over and you still haven't given enough information to get anywhere. Answer ALL of my questions above and you might pull a rabbit out of a hat. Also, you mention K&N filter. Pod directly on the carb, or stock style in the airbox?

Also,, another quick question before time runs out on the up and coming ride and or your motor. Is it smoking badly ?

Oh well. We tried to help him.

I predict that he just puts in a smaller main jet, without diagnosing the problem, and blows it up.
