Yea it was a huge difference between the two. I think they dynoed like an entire 7-8hp higher simply because the carb change and other crap they did to the engine to make it more like the CRF. The 04-05 450Rs weren't much faster than a Z400.

I wouldn't go that far....

a stock 05 would smoke a piped z400 all day every day...

Might beat it.....wouldn't smoke it. A piped Z is putting out more power than an 04-05 450R even if it is in an inferior chassis and has issues hooking up.
